Where your game is now, where it can get to — and the plan to close the gap.

1The player

The basics

Where their game is now, and where they want to take it — no score to crunch, just the level they’re playing to and the one they’re chasing.

2The diagnosis

Rate each part of the game

1 = biggest weakness · 5 = a real strength. A quick judgment, or a TrackMan number where we have one. The weakest area is auto-flagged as a priority in the plan below — the coach adjusts from there. (Putting is coached as the game transfers to the course.)

The specific low-hanging fruit you'd start with — in their terms. Yours to find, not a template; it depends on what's in front of you. It leads the plan, so the player feels progress early.
This mirrors how we coach: start with the low-hanging fruit. The tool holds the frame; the coach supplies the read. Write the one change you'd make first for this specific player and the fast win it gives them — e.g. a setup tweak that tightens their start line, or a simple lag-putt drill that kills three-putts. It shows as the first thing in their plan.
The one drill you'd send them away with to lock in that quick win — so the practice starts before lesson one.
What they say has held them back — time, consistency, not knowing what to work on. The plan answers exactly this.
3The verdict

Your game, right now i

We work in levels, not a single score — where the game is now, and the next level to reach. It keeps the plan honest: we coach the levers under the score (approach play, the scoring zone, course management), and the number follows. These are the same levels the whole programme is built around.

Where you are → where you're going

5What we'll cover

Your plan, stage by stage

Straight from the SwingFIT curriculum. For each phase the coach sets Need (we'll cover it), Priority (start here), or Solid (already got it — skip). The lesson count rebuilds around the coach's read. Tap a phase for the detail.

6Your pace, your practice & how you join

Two things set the timeline: how often you're coached, and how much you practise between lessons. Practice is where the skill actually sticks — so the more you commit, the fewer lessons and the sooner you arrive.

Lessons / month
Practice commitment i
Practice is where the skill actually sticks — so it's the biggest lever on speed. Three ways it plays out: fastest = lots of lessons + lots of practice; nearly as fast = fewer lessons but lots of practice (the practice carries it); slowest = lessons only, no practice (the lessons don't stick). Membership includes unlimited practice; pay-as-you-go can't, which is why it's the slow case.
See it — the milestones on the way to the goal. Change the lessons and practice above and watch the timeline tighten. Times are honest estimates from the curriculum — the real pace depends on the player.
Membership: 1 lesson 997 · 2 lessons 1,297 · 3 lessons 1,497 · 4 lessons 1,697 AED/mo, unlimited practice included. PAYG 650 AED/lesson, lessons only — no practice (slowest). Assessment AED 99 — free when you join. Practice factors (None/lessons-only ×2.0 · Light ×1.35 · Standard ×1.0 · Committed ×0.82 · All-in ×0.68) are honest estimates, not promises. All editable in the PRICE / PRACTICE config.

The game plan

Complete the steps above to generate the plan.
Lesson counts and timelines are coaching estimates from the SwingFIT curriculum, adjusted for the coach's read and the player's practice commitment — never guaranteed. Sim scores are translated to an on-course level using SwingFIT's hedged indoor/outdoor standard. A handicap reflects best days (best 8 of 20 rounds). We coach the levers underneath the number and the score follows. Pricing indicative — confirm against current rate card. The typical-range band reflects that improvement varies widely by individual (general tracking data: most golfers improve ~3–5 strokes a year, faster at higher handicaps and slower as scores fall).
