How Referrals Work

What happens, step by step

Your only job is step 1. Everything after it runs on its own.

1. YouSend the member the referral link

   WhatsApp the member this link: refer.swingfitacademies.com/cltASgmF. Nothing else to send or log.

2. MemberShares their link with a friend

   The member opens your link, gets their own personal link, and sends it to a friend.

3. AutomaticThe friend books a free Swing Evaluation

   The friend books it themselves, through the member's personal link. The booking is created and the free evaluation is added to their account, so nothing is charged. The system also records who referred them.

   Never book the evaluation for the friend. A booking made by the team does not carry the referral. The system breaks, and the member does not get their lesson. If a friend asks you to book for them, send them the member's link instead.

4. CoachThe friend has their evaluation

   A normal Swing Evaluation, the same as for any new member.

5. AutomaticThe friend buys

   When the friend buys a membership or a lesson pack for the first time, the system picks it up. Only the first purchase counts.

6. AutomaticThe member gets their lesson

   One lesson credit is added to the member's account, valid for 60 days. The member sees nothing until their friend buys.

If there's a friend you'd like to bring in, we'd love to give them a complimentary Swing Evaluation: a full first session, no commitment. When they join, your free lesson is added automatically.
