One model, every bay, every coach. This is what SwingFIT does that the academy down the road doesn't — and how the whole team talks about it.
The SwingFIT Standard is how every SwingFIT coach works. We find the real problem with data — TrackMan measures 27 things on every shot — then build a structured plan and coach the levers under the score. Progress is measured against a clear standard for the member's level, not against how last week felt. We coach the levers under the number — and the score follows.
Find the cause, not the symptom. TrackMan + dual-camera, read by PGA coaches.
A plan that updates from each session's data. A team that knows the member.
Tracked against the exit standard for their level. Numbers, not feelings.
The method is the Five-Domain Framework — every member is developed across Technical · Skill Acquisition · Scoring · Mental · Physical (Skill Acquisition — how durably they learn — is the engine). The SwingFIT Standard is the umbrella over this method, the pathway, and the relationship ethos.
A member enters at the level that matches their game and is coached to its exit standard. Sim figures in brackets — the simulator plays harder.
| Level | Who it's for | Exit standard |
|---|---|---|
| Zero to Golferon-ramp | New to golf | First 9-hole round with routine in place |
| Break 100 | Scoring 100+ | 3 rounds of 99 or better (sim sub-84) |
| Break 90 | Scoring in the 90s | 3 rounds of 89 or better (sim sub-78) |
| Break 80 | Scoring in the 80s | 3 rounds under 80 (sim sub-72) + Combine ≥ 70 |
| Break Par | Single figures to scratch | Handicap ≤ 1.0, Combine ≥ 79, rounds at/under rating |
These are the standards we coach to — not promises. No outcome is guaranteed and no speed is promised; timelines are honest and adjusted to the player.
Same model, seen from where you sit — what it means for your work, how it differs, and the business outcome.
Diagnose with data, coach the levers, measure to the standard — and how to talk about it in a session.
Consistent, measurable coaching across coaches and locations — and how it moves retention, MRR and LTV.
Surface their Open, frame the join as the route through Break, and track members to their level.
A named, measurable model is the product — and the reason members stay and refer.
Visible progress is what keeps members paying. The Standard is what makes progress visible.
Every coach to one Standard means the brand promise holds in every bay and every location.
A defined model is faster to hire into, train to, and grow — coaches onboard to a standard, not a style.
This is the honest list. We don't wait for everything to be perfect to ship the model — these get filled in as decisions land, and this is where they're tracked.
